1) Are you officially enrolled for this course?
2) Have you kept your notes updated
throughout the lectures?
3) Have you studied all material marked
with (*) in the student notes?
4) Have you prayed?
5) Have you put away all notes and books,
and have no study helps before you?
6) Have you read the instructions for taking
evaluations given in the Student Handbook?

If you feel that you need more preparation,
you may turn back now until you feel more
prepared for this evaluation. You have until the
first day of the next quarter to study,
complete, and grade this evaluation.


If you feel ready to take the evaluation,
follow these instructions:
1) Print out a copy of the evaluation,
both questions and selections.
2) Read each question and find the
right answer in the selection list.
3) When you feel confident in your selections
you can check your answers.
4) The grade key will be posted at the evaluation
center one week after the evaluation is posted.
(Monday through Sunday US EST)
5) DO NOT open the grade key until you are
finished with the evaluation. Once you open the
grade key, you cannot make any changes
to your evaluation.
6) Register your grades as instructed in
the Student Handbook.
